Simply call our support team, on 0844 499 0565 to arrange collection, and they will advise you what to do.
The item to be returned must be unused and in its original packaging, and will be collected by the same carrier who delivered it originally.
Returns & refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt in our warehouse.
If you have requested an exchange, a replacement order will arrive in 4 - 15 days, depending on the size of the items and where you live.
We may ask you for a photograph of any items damaged in transit to yourself, so we can investigate and improve on future deliveries.
If the item is no longer available, you will receive notification and a refund.
